The winner of this match will qualify for the Fragbite LAN. The Fragbite LAN offers a $59,000 USD prize pool and a confirmed team attending will be Fnatic and I suspect NiP and SK will be in attendance along with the winner of this match.
At the FaceIt LAN, TSM got knocked out earlier than expected by Luminosity Gaming in the semi finals. Since coming home, they have had two matches, of which they won both but not with ease. Their match against Dignitas had a stand in for a Dignitas player and they still dropped a map. Probably would’ve happened with the original Dignitas lineup but with a stand in? Hmmm. Their most recent match however was against E-frag where they beat out the Bulgarians 2-1 and also qualified for an offline event at the Olympia music Hall in France at an unknown date.
DenDD are a team made up of players from Bosnia and Sweden, and they are a lower-mid T2 team in my opinion. They have produced some good results in the past, with wins against Revolte and Killerfish in the past, and they have also taken maps off some notable teams in the past like CSGL, SK and Dignitas. We don’t see them play too often, and I don’t follow these guys as much as I know I should.
Final thoughts and advice
This is a fairly important match, but I’m not sure if TSM want to attend this LAN in all honesty. Still, I don’t think they will drop 2 maps to DenDD in this important match. It should be an easy match for TSM but to be honest, I could see TSM dropping a map to these guys. My bet? I don’t know if I’ll be betting on this match due to the odds, but TSM> DenDD.
My odds for this match: TSM 85:15 DenDD
