Cloud9 are on fire and seem unbeatable right now, they are the best playing team in NA and easily Top1 in NA right now. This match will be on Dust2 and this is a map Cloud9 did drop against some teams but overall, It’s a map they feel extremely comfortable on. WFX on Dust2 aren’t bad, they won against CoL on it 2 days ago but overall it’s not really a map they like to play. I’m expecting a fairly easy win here, just make sure to skip once the odds get out of hand.
My odds for this match: Cloud9 80:20 WinterFox
So first match between these two and we are on Dust2. Dust2 is a map that is quite good for Cloud9 and they honestly should be favored by quite a bit here, and really should be winning. For Winterfox it is decent, they may not have the greatest results on it however when you watch them play it, they seemingly have somewhat of an understanding on how the map works, however they usually just do Winterfox things and lose a few 4v2’s and therefor the game. With Witnerfox I can constantly rant and rant how they are supposed to be better, however it gets tiring for you all I feel. Winterfox definitely has upset potential, however most likely just going to get 16:4’d here. Winterfox has good players, players when on fire that can cause damage however they have barely ever shown it, and right now vs Cloud9? Ehh tough to see. Cloud9 should simply be able to close this one out here, however NA CS, don’t be too surprised. Overall, 75-25 in favor of Cloud9 here, simply play the odds with a low bet.
5% Cloud9 if under 80%, otherwise just 2% Winterfox here, hope that Clown9 plays and Winterfox actually manage to do something.
My odds = 75-25 C9
My risk = High
My bet = 5% C9 if under 80%, otherwise 2% WFX
My advice = Same as my bet
My odds for this match: Cloud9 75:25 WinterFox
D2 is a map that C9 are formidable on to be honest. It is one of their best maps, and a map that although they initially struggled on, they then dominated Liquid on it. It is a map that suits their players, suits their loose play style, and their CT side is good using Stewie as a secondary AWP. WFX are a side that are highly unpredictable, but overall should not be good enough for C9. D2 as well is a map that they used to struggle on but have found slightly better form on recently, but not to the level of taking down a side like C9. They looked poor against NRG for the most part, and with them being highly inconsistent, prone to throwing away rounds, and overly not the best on this map, where C9 are, the only logical bet seems to be a MED bet on C9.
My odds for this match: Cloud9 70:30 WinterFox
