Selfless vs. Vault at CEVO Predictions

Conclusion

This is one of those that Selfless simply should be taking. Maybe drop a map here, however honestly should just be a 2-0 here in favor of Selfless. Of course we saw Selfless lose 3-1 to Obey a few weeks ago, however I feel like Selfless just made too many mistakes the first two maps and basically lost that themselves, Obey is better than Vault by quite a bit and according to Ryu, Brehze was cheating so that is that. Of course M1tch from Selfless used to play for Vault so a bit of a reunion here. Vault are not a horrible side, not at all, I always say I rate Nerdy for example, however they are decent for what is expected from them, and this should be a level too much. With Selfless already losing out to Obey, do not think they want it to happen again here. 80-20 in favor of Selfless here, think they will take it convincingly.

Vault gamings recent wins are slightly misleading. They had a default win over Echo Fox, and a win over a Kkona side with a stand-in, in a game where it didn’t really look like they were trying that hard. Selfless lost recently to Obey, but from the outside this game felt weird. The team sounded like they were already tilted from the first map, and this affects your performance a lot, when it feels like you can’t do anything against the opponent. Vault lost their best player to selfless, which makes this game a bit more interesting. M1tch will know how they play, and what things the players like to do, which should help selfless a lot here. Selfless for me are at least a tier above the Vault guys, and I would be incredibly surprised if they dropped this game. MED on selfless here seems the most logical bet.
