VP vs. E-Frag at IEM Predictions

This might be one of the games VP can win tomorrow unless things go really poorly. By this point of the day, VP might very well almost be out, but they don’t strike me as a side that won’t at least play for their own pride, and do whatever they can to take this game. VP I feel like are heavily favoured on almost all maps except D2 going into this game, and as long as they avoid that map, they should be able to take it. I do worry about the form of VP, but this SHOULD be a pretty comfortable win for the Polish side, and hopefully by this point they still have something to play for.

My odds for this match: VP 65:35 E-frag.net

This one is tricky, VP should be pulling through and getting the victory here, however in a BO1 like this, E-Frag defintitely stand a good chance. E-Frag have a lot of decent players, they have players that can go off at any moment and really propel the team forward, however this is quite rare to see, especially now a days and usually they just completely suck and lose to some tier 4 team that they really should be beating. This is a LAN however, so I think they should be really motivated to do good things here, and considering that it is a BO1, even more so they stand a chance vs this current VP side. VP have the home crowd advantage here, and they have been bootcamping which means they should be somewhat prepared for this event. Their slump I feel slowly but surely is coming to an end, or at least I hope that is the case, but we’ll see. Overall, 65-35 in favor of VP here. Just recommend playing the odds here with a low bet since my trust levels with VP is not high

5% VP if under 72%, otherwise 2-3% E-Frag here.

My odds = 65-35 VP

My risk = High

My bet = 5% VP if under 72%< otherwise 2-3% E-Frag

My advice = Same as my bet

My odds for this match: VP 65:35 E-frag.net

  • Dust2: 60-40 VirtusPro
  • Inferno: 50-50
  • Mirage: 65-35 VirtusPro
  • Cache: 65-35 VirtusPro
  • Train: 70-30 VirtusPro
  • Overpass: 55-45 VirtusPro
  • Cobblestone: 55-45 VirtusPro

E-Frag so far, not good. They seem to become the Mongolz of yesterday, going home with 0 wins. So far they lost to TempoStorm, Astralis and FaZe meaning they need to play against VP and nV still and I don’t see E-Frag getting a win about either team. VP are sure, slumping bit did look against EnVyUs. They are trying their best to get on that big stage with the big crowd that hypes them up so much, VP should just win this one. All maps seem to favour VP as well if we look at the map-odds, the only maps that could get potentially close are Inferno, Overpass and Cobblestone. All the other maps do favour VP quite a bit I feel like although we have to realise that VP are not out of their slump yet, sure they beat EnVyUs but they still aren’t VirtusPlow. Due to that, we won’t go too high.

Medium (7%) on VirtusPro

My odds for this match: VP 70:30 E-frag.net
